Amir is currently a PhD student at materials science and engineering department of university of Connecticut and working on catalysts and supports fabrication, characterization, and optimization produced by electrospinning technique. He, previously, earned his BSc. and MSc. in materials science and engineering from Isfahan University of Technology (IUT), Iran, where he worked on thermodynamics and kinetics of materials, materials modelling, materials processing, and characterization. He holds a MSc. in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Technological University during which studied the modelling and synthesis of electrocatalysts, electrochemical devices design, and fuel cells and batteries testing.
